A grungy EP that reminds me of any number of late-nineties cult classics. Starting off with “Murdering Crows,” Other Americans lay down the foundation of their sound, which is somewhere in between a scene in Blade and a band that could be playing The Bronze in any Buffy The Vampire Slayer episode. OK, maybe not Hush, but most episodes.
